    - Aufbau. Was, wer, wie. Was fehlt? Was braucht man? Was war unnötig oder unbrauchbar?
    can't comment on it
    - Abbau. Organisation? Informationen dazu?
about dismantling as far as I've seen everything went smoothly and sometimes felt like there are more people helping than the amount is actually needed.
    - Kommunikation im Vorfeld, was fehlte? Was war gut?
There was no flood of information but the important things went through.
    - LBK/LPK Team, wie lief es, welche Kritik gibt es?
    no problems at all
    - Neuer Lagerplatz
Liked the new place, though the metal bathtube wasn't that pretty at the public waterplace next to us, though the camp's own waterplace was a plus. I really liked the tree, we should keep it. I didn't experience any kind of problem with the noise, or at least nothing that can't be ignored. My main problem was with the toilets, or to be more precise the road to them. Because we were packed so tight there were a lot of ropes on the road to the toilets and even in front of them. That made it a tiresome acrobatic to reach them at night.
    - Liedgut/Gesang
can't comment much on it apart that there were indieedd a lot of singing and I still can't meaningfully join apart from a few refrains
    - Stab / Verwaltung von Oben im Spiel
didn't notice any problems, everything went as it should be from my viewpoint.
    - Die Neuen in der Kommandoebene: Ersatz-Feldzeugmeister, Ersatz-Hauptmann, Ersatz-Profoss, die neuen Weibel
honestly, I had nearly no official business with the profoss and steckenknechts so can't comment on them. the Hauptmann and the Weibels were good as much as I've seen.
    - Sold? (Soldschlüssel, Organisation der Verteilung, genug, zuwenig, passt?)
While the sold could be enough for those who are veteran players and know how to get more or go around the problem of money it is still needed for those who are new or those who want to do inter-camp games where money is involved.
Maybe we could more readily accept non-standard currencies? I know we do this already but maybe this could help us out a little, because if some knecht really wants the money he will haggle suspicious silvers or cheap plastic "gems" as much as he can.
Another "solution" could be buying coins for the game. I realize this is not just pricey but can be also a questionable move by some, but then again, a lot of people and group doing it. It also doesn't have to be necessarily the official coins, what my group so far found as the most cost effective coins so far were the epic armoury ones where you can get 200 coins for 50 euro.
    - Musterung
Went with the hardcore line, first I missed Ottomar, but while it wasn't the same shouting contest at the end it proved to be just as good.
    - MASH Musterung / Alternativen zur MASH Musterung
Went with the MASH as always, this year it felt a little less somehow.
    - Drill? Manöver?
The english drill was a nice touch and much appreciated. Sadly the heat took it's toll again. It would have been nice if we can do more individual trainings too (sword and polearm fights etc) but I count that up for the heat too.
    - Schlachten/Kämpfe
I really liked the first battle at night, and the orks, the rest felt somehow average. The final battle though was pretty good for me this year, lots of fights there where we could fight properly and not at a disadvantage.
    - Aussenwirkung? Wie wirken wir auf andere Lager, Spieler oder Passanten?
I hear only good things about us. People are obviously amazed by our clothing and marching and stuff, but I frequently hear back that they like how we fight, and they doesn't mean the effectiveness. Most people like to fight with us because it's fun, or just see how we do the fights.
    - Schlagbaumbewachung - sind wir offen genug für Andere, oder sind wir unzugänglich?
Didn't heard a complain that someone couldn't get into the camp when he wanted to.
    - Steckenkrieg
the hooligans were toned down to a reasonable level that is manageable. While a lot of people still didn't heard about it, they are always amazed and still a very good wind down after the whole game. Most outsiders I think take it as such.
    - Aufträge?
Most of them were good or even funny. The protection of places were a hit or miss, but most people doesn't want to fuck with landsknecht guards. And while my group was fairly active at one point we even had to turn down an assigment so some other group from the camp can do it because we had so much stuff to do.
I really liked the party crashing assigment.
    - Schlagbaumwachen - Verteilung?
Was good but I felt it could be imporved somehow. Can't put my finger on it, and no idea how, just a feeling that something is missing.
    - Backstube? Was soll damit in Zukunft passieren?
Yet again we couldn't bake anything, but I blame ourselves as we couldn't even finish some of the basic stuffs we wanted to bring and do at the game. And there was the heat again. I still like that the camp has it's own oven, looks nice and adds to the atmosphere but if we change it for something that is IT more connecting I won't shed a tear.
    - .... weiteres?
It was a fun event although a bit exhausting because of the heat and there was so much things to do, and I wasn't in the best shape either. Because of this I missed out a lot of things that happened, but hopefully next year I can do more.

    - ein persönliches Highlight in einem Satz?
The best moment was when the Sigmar paladin actually blessed my codpiece before the final battle as per contract and there was an actual line for this

I missed that. Tell uns his legend!

He bravely entered the arena by the blessing of the Red Avatar himself and at first nobody dared to challenge him. The other champions were busy to fight each other and a lot of them were getting eliminated, but Leo was taking his time. When someone finally challanged him he won the fight gracefully and without a problem and with a little help of the fellow landsknechte that were around. He won every fight at first but then the opponents started to use dirty tricks at him. When he finally lost against one of the champions he was the last one who have all of his sigils in the arena fights, but the crooked arena master wanted to eliminate him as if he were one of the buffoons who lost all their sigils. Thankfully the general uproar of the crowd stopped that and he continued the fight. He was in the top 3 and actually won the fight against the Blue's replacement champion when the judges who were obvious biased and payed by someone else decided he is the loser. A general uproar and a brief fist fight between the stinking arena guards and the glorious landsknechte broke out.
Leo officially finished 3rd but we all know the LKL was the best in the championship.
The Red avatar expects us again next year.

    - IT usable sticks and clubs for the gate watchmen and the "club rugby" and camp order

there are a few clubs we have made in the past and used regularly through the years. Easy to and cheap to make even in bigger numbers, though not the most durable ones (though they can easily survive a few years). It's basically a fiberglass rod, foam cut to shape and glued together, and the cover is a thin plastic decorative "wallpaper" that looks like wood.

it's not as bad as if it were twice as bad.

On the upside we have a really big place to go out and do stuff, though I also worry about the orcs being so close.
Also the ritual circle being so close maybe gives us more opportunity for quick missions.

Little correction: this weekend it turned out that we can't bring the 2 x 5 meter tent (though it was questionable from the start) so it shouldn't be counted.
On related news: we are looking for sleeping places for 7 person.

Aber ohne genaue Uhrzeit wirds schwierig. Mir fällt dazu gerade keine Lösung ein... sonst jemandem?

Two options come to my mind, neither one is really good or easily done.
First is being VERY loud at the start. Like firing a cannon or some arquebus kind of loud. This is obviously pretty hard to organize so I don't even kid myself to be doable.

The other one is that we have to be where the people are. For the start of the drill maybe marching through the town and similar stuff. But this only guarantees that people see us only in the town, not that they will follow us and see what will happen afterwards. Also some may not like that we are blocking the roads.
Though if we do march through the town, our support group can hand out flyers on the spot maybe?

I think we should do the complaint form too. I really liked it, it's funny and gives the option to interact with us in a funny way.

Also about the assigments: small assigments is great to do PR. When someone hire the whole camp we are just a mass of fabulous people who is off course effective but because of the crowd thing it's not that personal. If we do smaller assigments where only a few Landsknechts is involved be it some kind of small escort / bodyguard duty or just wrecking a shop / breaking a leg or two it's a more personal interaction that that could shape our reputation with the individual more effectively. (though we need the bigger assigments too)
